Crisp Water Co. Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Crisp Water Co. website, requests for information, and water treatment products and services supplied by Crisp Water Co. (“Crisp,” “we,” “us”). Please read them before requesting or purchasing services. A separate written quote, approved scope of work, invoice, warranty document, or financing agreement may add terms specific to your project. If there is a conflict about the particular work, the signed or approved project document controls, except that applicable law and nonwaivable consumer rights always control.

1. Services and estimates

Crisp offers residential water treatment consultations, equipment, installation, maintenance, and related services in its available Oklahoma service areas. Recommendations depend on the property, water source, test results where appropriate, site conditions, and the equipment selected. Website descriptions, examples, promotions, and starting prices are informational; they are not a binding quote. A request form, appointment request, or assessment booking does not by itself purchase an installation or guarantee a price or date. We may decline work outside our capabilities or service area.

2. Quotes and changes to work

Your written quote identifies the equipment, included labor, price, and any stated exclusions. Please review it carefully before approval. Work not expressly included, such as a new plumbing loop, electrical work, drain or air-gap work, repairs to existing plumbing, permits, restoration, unusual access, or treatment of irrigation or pool lines, requires a separate written agreement or approved change order. If hidden conditions or inaccurate information affect the scope, we will explain the proposed change and price before proceeding with additional chargeable work. Any promotional offer applies only under its stated conditions and dates.

3. Property access and installation

You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work, and will provide safe access to the work area, water shutoff, electrical supply if needed, and other agreed utilities. Please tell us about known leaks, damaged plumbing, unusual pressure, private well equipment, water quality concerns, restricted access, and property rules before work starts. We will use appropriately qualified personnel and arrange required permits and inspections as applicable. Scheduling may change because of equipment availability, site conditions, weather, permitting, or circumstances outside reasonable control; we will communicate material changes.

4. Water quality and performance

Treatment performance depends on the incoming water, correct equipment selection and sizing, installation, maintenance, and usage. A softener reduces hardness through ion exchange; it is not a disinfection system. Carbon, sediment filtration, reverse osmosis, and other media address different contaminants and have different limits. We do not promise that a system removes every contaminant, produces a particular TDS reading, or makes unsafe water potable unless that specific performance is expressly stated in a written quote or product documentation and supported by appropriate testing. Well water may require laboratory analysis, pretreatment, disinfection, or additional equipment. Consult applicable public health guidance when water safety is in doubt. Product certifications or reduction claims apply only to the specific model and conditions identified in its documentation.

5. Pricing and payment

The approved quote and invoice state the amount due, any deposit, taxes, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods. Unless the project documents state otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the invoiced work. Please contact us promptly about any billing error. We do not charge unlisted cancellation, late, card, or recurring fees under this page. Any financing or installment plan is subject to a separate agreement and the provider’s terms. Payment processing may be handled through Jobber or another provider under its own applicable terms.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will explain any documented, nonrecoverable special-order or already-performed charges before seeking payment, subject to applicable law and the project agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory right to cancel. Certain sales made at a home or another covered location may carry a three-business-day cancellation right under federal or Oklahoma law. Where required, we will provide the applicable contract disclosures and cancellation forms or notices separately; a website posting does not replace them. If you believe that right applies, follow the written cancellation instructions provided with your contract or contact us immediately and retain proof of your notice.

7. Warranties and service

Equipment and workmanship warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, exclusions, and claim procedures are set out in the warranty document supplied with your quote or installation and in any applicable manufacturer warranty. No website statement expands a written warranty. Routine maintenance, salt, filter changes, water quality changes, damage from freezing, misuse, or conditions outside the equipment’s specifications may affect performance or coverage as explained in the applicable warranty. Contact Crisp if you believe there is a defect; we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate response under the applicable warranty and law. We do not disclaim warranties or remedies that law does not allow us to disclaim.

8. Service plans

If you enroll in a recurring salt delivery, filter replacement, or other service plan, the separate plan description will state its price, frequency, included work, billing terms, and how to cancel. A one-time service request does not enroll you in recurring charges. Plan changes or renewal terms will be disclosed as required by law.

9. Crisp Water Co. text messaging program

If you separately consent to receive texts from Crisp Water Co., we may send messages about inquiries, estimates, appointments, technician arrival, service updates, invoices, payment links, customer support, and, only when you have given the appropriate separate marketing consent, promotions or follow-up offers. Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and applicable campaigns. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact Crisp using the contact information below. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law; you may receive a final confirmation message. If different programs or sending numbers are used, an opt-out may need to be submitted for each number. You may still receive nonmarketing communications by another permitted channel concerning an active transaction or service. Delivery depends on participating carriers and networks; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Email, calls, and electronic records

When you give us contact details, we may contact you about your inquiry or transaction using appropriate channels. Promotional communications require any consent required by law and include applicable opt-out methods. You may receive quotes, approvals, invoices, and records electronically through Jobber or other systems. If a transaction legally requires a particular consent or paper notice, we will follow those requirements separately.

11. Website use and third-party services

You may use our website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not submit false information, interfere with site operation, or copy site content for commercial use without permission. The site may link to or embed Jobber, payment processors, map providers, or other third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Website content may change, and temporary interruptions may occur.

12. Responsibility and disputes

We aim to perform agreed work with reasonable care and to address problems promptly. Please notify us as soon as practicable about a concern and allow reasonable access to inspect it where appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or a service agreement. This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, statutory rights, or the remedies in an applicable written warranty. Oklahoma law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Before filing a dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly; this does not prevent either party from exercising a legal right or meeting a filing deadline.

13. Updates

We may update these website Terms and will post a revised effective date. The version in effect when a service agreement is approved generally applies to that agreement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. An update will not retroactively change an approved quote or eliminate an accrued legal right.
